On the rough, often unpaved roads of India’s villages, the rural disabled require a tough, affordable vehicle that can get them around. The answer is found in a tri-cycles that is propelled by hand peddles. OEI employs local manufactures to make these sturdy tri-cycles from materials found in any local bicycle shop so that maintenance is affordable.
